ACT and Southern NSW Division

The Division was established in 1975 in Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory. For the first 10 years of Company operations, the Division focused on providing project and construction management services on larger scale government, institutional and commercial projects such as the Canberra School of Music and Australian Security Intelligence Organisation headquarters.

Subsequently, the Division diversified into design & construction and lump sum contracting, completing projects valued from $2 million to more than $100 million across all disciplines.

It has also undertaken the Project Director/Superintendent role on larger projects; notably the $165 million RG Casey building which is home to Australia 's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the $65 million heritage listed Sir John Gorton building refurbishment in Canberra.
