The Illawarra Division was established in December 1999 to provide services to the Illawarra region encompassing all disciplines of project and construction management, design and construction and lump sum contracting.

Many projects have been completed in the Wollongong region, as well as Campbelltown, the Southern Highlands and the NSW coast as far south as Sussex Inlet. The Division also carries out work in South-Western NSW for the NSW Department of Commerce.

Steve Morgan - Illawarra Manager Steve Morgan is responsible for the overall supervision of projects, the day to day running of the Divisional office and pursuing work opportunities in the area. Steve is a very experienced Project and Contracts Manager who has proven skills working with clients, consultants and subcontractors at all levels.

Karl O'Neill - Estimating and Systems Manager Mr O'Neill is the Estimating Manager with the Illawarra Division. He also has extensive experience in the design development and implementation of management systems including occupational health and safety, environmental management systems and quality assurance systems. This experience has seen Karl recently take on the role of Systems Manager within the Division. Mr O'Neill is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and graduated with Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1991.
