Meet the People

Paul Murphy

Managing Director and ACT Manager

Paul was appointed Director in 1981 and Managing Director in 1989 having joined the Company in 1975.  Paul is responsible for the day to day corporate operations.


Gavin Murphy

Director and Business Development and Design Manager

Gavin became a Director of Project Coordination in 2007.  He has a wide range of construction and design management experience having worked in London, Canberra and Melbourne as a General Foreman, Contract Administrator and Project Manager.

 


Steve Morgan

Director and NSW Manager

Steve joined Project Coordination in 1996 and was appointed NSW Manager in 2001.  Steve has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the day to day running of the division.  He was appointed as a Director in July 2007.


Norman MacLachlan

ACT Construction Manager

Norman has over 30 years experience in construction and engineering and his time with the company spans over 19 years. As the ACT Construction Manager he is responsible for overseeing all construction activities for the ACT Division.

 


Mark Murphy

NSW Construction Manager

Mark was appointed NSW Construction Manager in July 2012. Joining the Company in 2003 and with over 15 years experience in the industry Mark is responsible for overseeing all construction activities for the NSW Division.


Karl O'Neill

NSW Systems Manager

Karl is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  He also has extensive experience in Design Development and Integrated Management Systems and is crucial to the successful delivery of the projects.

 


Arthur Lustenberger

Services Engineer

Arthur has over 40 years experience in the design and construction of mechanical buildings.  He has an in-depth understanding of construction techniques and is able to design and construct to a variety of budgets and ensure that there are no coordination issues with other disciplines.


Lisa Dart

Systems Manager

Lisa joined Project Coordination in 2009 as the Company System Manager.  She has proven experience in safety and contract management in the construction industry and government. Lisa is responsible for the management of the Company's Intergrated Management System.

 


Jess Dibb

Company Accounts Manager

Jess joined Project Coordination in 2015 with financial management experience in the private sector. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a degree with honours in Accounting and Finance from the Australian National University. She and her team are responsible for the daily accounting operations of both the ACT and NSW Divisions.


Warren Eggins

ACT Chief Estimator

Warren was appointed ACT Chief Estimator in July 2011 having previously filled the roles of  ACT Interiors Divisional Manager and Project Manager since joining the Company in 1993.  He has extensive experience in tendering both construct only and design and construct projects.
